ADMISSION PROCESS

NORMS AND CRITERIA
ELIGIBLE AGE FOR ADMISSION

The minimum age for admission in class 1st  is 5 to 7 years on 31st March of the academic year.

For admission to other classes, the age will be accordingly increased.

NOTE – Upper age is limit for admission is fixed as the minimum age limit + 2 years. There will be no admission in a class if the age is more than this age prescribed.

ADMISSION IN CLASS I – IX

For admission in class 1st to 9th for each academic session the dates for obtaining the prospectus along with the admission form will be notified only for classes where seats are available. Student seeking admission can obtain the prospectus from the college’s reception in the month of December against payment of prescribed cost. The application form duly filled in and signed should be submitted in the college office in which admission is being seeked with the registration fee (non refundable) before the 31st January of the particular session.

On the basis of written test and interview in the subject – English, Hindi, Math and Science for classes VI to IX. The test will be of 2 hours. This will be held in the college premises wherever the candidate applies. The time and date will be given on the registration card issued at the time of submission of the application form. The qualified candidate will be called for the personal interview along with their parents on the on dates and timings specified in the list of selected candidates. The list will be displayed on the college notice board. The candidate selected for admission to the college will have to abide by all the rules and regulations framed by the college authority, as well as College website.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
AT TIME OF FORM SUBMISSION – PHOTOCOPIES
  • Marksheet / Report card of current year.
  • Recently passport size photographs- ( 2 for student, 1 for mother and father each)
  • Caste certificate of student (only for SC, ST and OBC).
  • Date of birth certificate of the student.
  • Domicile certificate of the student.
  • Aadhar card of the student.

ADMISSION TO CLASS XI

Admission to class XI will open immediately after the declaration of board results of class 10th by CBSE.

Last date of submission of the application form will be one week after the declaration of the result.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION)
  • Photocopy of provisional marksheet of class 10th examination.
  • Character certificate issued by the school last attended.
  • Certificate of achievements in extra curricular activities.
  • Migration certificate for applicants who have passed class 10th exam from the board other than CBSE.
  • Caste certificate of the student.
  • Domicile certificate of the student.
  • 10 passport size photographs of the student.
  • Transfer certificate of the student.
  • Medical fitness certificate from registered MBBS with blood group.
  • Affidavit from court on stamp paper of Rs. 10/-.
NOTE : NO FRESH ADMISSIONS WILL BE TAKEN IN CLASS X & XII.
ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

Our college follows the system of CONTINUOUS AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION (CCE) which follows for formative assessments and two summative assessment along with projects and practical. Project based learning has made learning mode enjoyful, interactive and meaningful. The college offers following subjects at the + 2 stage –

  • Science Stream – Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, Hindi, English, Information Practice, Physical Education
  • Commerce Stream – Accounts, Business Studies, Economics, Hindi, English, Information Practice, Physical Education 
  • Humanities Stream – History , Geography, Economics , Hindi, English, Information Practice, Physical Education
SCHOOL SESSION

The academic session comments from 1st April to end of March. The college closed for the summer vacations from mid May till 30th June. There is a short autumn break in October and a winter break in December/ January.

RESERVATION FOR ADMISSION

The reservations for admission shall be as follows-

  • 50% for General candidates of U.P. 
  • 27% of Other Backward Classes (OBC’S) of U.P.
  • 21% for Schedule Caste candidates of U.P.
  • 2% of Schedule Tribes candidates of U.P.

NOTE: – 85% of the total seats shall be reserved for domicile of U.P. (35% shall exclusively be reserved for domicile of district Gautam Buddha Nagar, U.P.) & 15% seats for the wards of outside U.P.

LABORATORIES

Laboratories: for the best experience, we have subject specific laboratories like English Lab, Computer Lab, Physics Lab, ATL Lab, Biology Lab, Language Lab, Career Counseling Lab, Social Science Lab, Mathematics Lab, Junior Science Lab, Vedic Lab, Sports Room, Music Room, Art Room etc.
